As a nation, we are rich in heritage, something South Africa celebrates on the 24th of September each year. As a church we want to celebrate this richness, and what better way to celebrate the different cultures. languages and heritage in our church family, than by sharing a meal together?

We will be hosting a Heritage Day Bring-and-Banquet on Sunday 22 September, where we want to invite you to bring and share food that speaks to your heritage. We (BBC) will supply proudly South African food for everyone, and invite you to bring along something that you or your family grew up eating that is specific to your heritage and share it with some fellow BBC’ers. Then, after the 10h00 service we will all connect and engage over these meals as a church family. Because we want to all gather together and spend the afternoon connecting as a community, we will only have the 08h00 & 10h00 services on that Sunday. So no 16h00 & 18h00 services on 22 September 2019.
