To live a life in the Kingdom of God is to live a life in community: to share all of our journey with others, helping one another along the way.
In our Gospel Communities (GCs) we seek to build deep, Christ-centred relationships. Sharing life with one another, centred around and made possible by the gospel of God. 1 Thessalonians 2:8 puts it well: “Because we loved you so much, we were delighted to share with you not only the gospel of God but our lives as well.”
A smaller group context is where we can really take the time to reach deeper. It is in this context that we can invest in each other by loving, encouraging, rebuking and spurring one another on as we run the race that God has called us to. Ultimately, we desire to live out the vision of BBC – making disciples who make disciples – which we do within a healthy balance of worship, community and mission.
